The girl, whose first glimpse was seen in the video song Maanikya Malarayi Poovi from the movie directed by Omar Lulu, became an instant internet sensation, and she became a phenomenon, to such an extent that she gained numerous followers in her Instagram profile.
While the song catapulted her to fame, the teaser of the movie further elevated her stardom, and she currently enjoys a following of more 4.5 million in Instagram which is even more than its owner Mark Zuckerberg.
It has now been revealed that Priya Prakash Varrier charges more than 8 lakhs for an Instagram post to promote a brand, which is extremely higher than the amount charged by even A-list Bollywood heroines for promotions, making brand confused whether to, commit her or not.
