Veteran actress Sridevi 's corpse hasn't been handed over to Boney Kapoor for transporting to India, as the Dubai police prosecution is investigating the case. They have raised serious concerns about the death of the veteran actress, who had reportedly passed away following alcohol influence leading to slipping into the bathtub and accidental drowning.
However, the Dubai prosecution has questioned why boney had left to Mumbai and then returned back to Dubai to meet her, and why he had informed of her death very late to the police. They were seen interrogating with boney and only when the Dubai police are satisfied with the answers, it can be expected that Sridevi 's corpse will be handed over to Boney Kapoor as there are a lot of theories and mystery surrounding the sudden death of the veteran actress.
It is expected that the Dubai prosecution will hand over the body maximum by today evening Indian time, following which her body will be sent for embalming and handed over to Boney Kapoor for taking back to India. The prosecution clearance is still pending and Dubai police have confessed they might do the second postmortem to clear the doubts. So, once again this might delay the process in bringing the mortals to India.
