Nandamuri Balakrishna, who was last seen making a striking comeback with his KS Ravikumar directorial Sankranthi hit Jai Simha, after the disastrous result of Paisa Vasool, is on a break, recuperating from a surgery, and from August, will begin shooting for his next, the NTR Biopic directed by Teja.
Meanwhile, the industry is abuzz with news that the young director Sampath Nandi has developed a script for Nandamuri Balakrishna, which will be a full-on mass entertainer with complete heroism and commercial elements, and is reportedly giving finishing touches to the script, before approaching Balaiya. He already convinced Tamanna to do the female lead role in the project.
It must be noted that Sampath Nandi had last directed the disastrous Gautam Nanda with Gopichand, and had previously delivered the dud Bengal tiger, and Mega Powerstar starrer Racha prior to that. Producer C Kalyan who produced Jai Simha might produce this venture, and he had last faced heavy losses with Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej starrer Intelligent.
