Kalyani Priyadarshan, the daughter of renowned filmmaker Priyadarshan, know for delivering numerous blockbusters in Malayalam and Hindi, and actress Lissy Priyadarshan, had made her film debut last year, with the Tollywood flick Hello, costarring Akhil Akkineni, and directed by Vikram Kumar.
While the film flopped miserably despite a positive review, the young actress was noticed for her cute looks and lively performance and has been in news, for several controversial reasons as well. The actress was reported to be getting married to her childhood friend, Pranav Mohanlal, son of complete actor Mohanlal.
However, the pretty actress has rubbished the rumors saying that she was shown the news links of her marriage by Pranav's sister Vismaya herself, and she had a hearty laugh and shared it with her parents, and then to Pranav's mother Suchitra, and they had a laugh as well.
It must be noted that Priyadarshan and Mohanlal have been good friends for several decades, and have worked in more than 30 movies together, and Kalyani had spent many years of her childhood in Lalettan's home as well. Kalyani will next be seen opposite Sharwanand in a film directed by Sudheer Varma.
