Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja, after several failures, and after 2 years without a release, post his 2015 Sampath Nandi directorial flick Bengal Tiger, made a strong comeback with his 2017 Diwali Superhit Raja The Great costarring Mehreen and directed by Anil Ravipudi, which saved his sinking career.

However, soon after Raja The Great, he had a release in the form of last month release Touch Chesi Chudu, which was a huge letdown, and became a  box office dud facing poor critical reviews and turning out to be a huge disaster. The mass actor then went on to shoot for his next film directed by Kalyan Krishna of Soggade Chinni Nayana and Rarandoi Veduka Chudam fame.

While this film is tentatively titled Nela Ticket and costars Mumbai based Malavika Sharma as the female lead, the shooting of the film is currently in progress in RFC, Hyderabad. In a railway station backdrop, few scenes are canned featuring Ali and Ravi Teja. The film is planned to wrapped within another 40 days and is eyeing a Diwali release just like Raja The Great, and Ravi Teja will next move on to his Triple action flick Amar Akbar Anthony by Srinu Vytla.
