Action hero Gopichand has been in poor form of late, with disastrous flicks like Oxygen, Soukyam, and the average Gautam Nanda, not helping his career much, and was looking for that big break. Now he is all set to return to the screen in a grand manner, with his upcoming biggie.
This movie, directed by debutant Chakravarthy and bankrolled by producer Radhamohan who had previously produced Ravi Teja starrer Bengal Tiger, has been titled Pantham, with a caption For a cause. When enquired, the makers revealed that the film deals with a social message and Gopichand's character fights for a cause. When Mehreen comes with glamour, Gopichand comes with a message. He hopes he can deliver a hit this time.
The movie stars hit heroine Mehreen Pirzada as the romantic interest of Gopichand and she is said to be playing a very glamorous role in her career. Besides, the movie also has sexy starlet Hamsa Nandini to ooze oomph on screens. Pantham will be releasing worldwide on May 18 and is Gopichand's landmark 25th film.
