The biopic of Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao, one of the most influential and powerful Chief ministers of Andhra Pradesh and one of the most popular film stars of South India, tentatively titled NTR was launched last week amidst the presence of political leaders like Venkaiah Naidu, and the film fraternity.
While Nandamuri balakrishna plays the title role, of his dad, it has now been rumoured that the team NTR has approached none other than handsome hunk, Baahubali's Bhallaladeva Rana Daggupati to play the role of Chandrababu Naidu. Director Teja had recently directed Rana in Nene raju nene Mantri , in which he had played a ruthless young politician, and thought he would fill the bill.
Chandrababu Naidu is one of the most powerful persons of TDP and had played an important role in campaigning for TDP, and becoming the CM of the state post the demise of NTR. With CBN being a man of such caliber, Teja and team thought only someone like Rana can do justice to the role as the role will have more scope. Let's see if Rana accepts to play CBN in NTR.
