King Nagarjuna, who was last seen in the horror flick Raju Gari Gadhi 2 directed by Ohmkar, and co-starring Samantha and Seerat Kapoor, has once again hit a rough patch, with back to back flops, after he had made a comeback before 2 years, with Manam, Soggade Chinni Nayana, and Oopiri.
Now the actor, desperately in need of a blockbuster to prove his box office stamina, had got committed to his Shiva, Govinda Govinda director Ram Gopal Varma, to star in the action thriller cop flick Officer. While Nag has already completed his part in the movie, Officer currently in post-production was announced as a May 24 release. Now, King has planned to seek help from her daughter-in-law Samantha in promoting the movie.
As we know, recently, the controversy king that RGV is, he has got himself into trouble with his actions inciting controversial actress Sri Reddy to abuse Powerstar Pawan Kalyan, and now the whole of TFI is standing together against RGV. In such a scenario, it is being said that Officer might be delayed from its original release date, as the project might go unnoticed thanks to RGV's current image. To promote without RGV, King has decided to use his daughter-in-law, as per reports.
