While Nandamuri Balakrishna, who was last seen in the emotional action superhit Jai Simha costarring Nayanthara, Haripriya and directed by senior maker KS Ravikumar, set out to make a Biopic of his father NTR, the movie faced a huge setback recently.
The Movie was launched amidst huge expectations at the end of March, with director Teja announced as the director and with scenes of Balakrishna as NTR in sets of Dana Veera Soora Karna being shot. The crew was waiting for Bollywood stars Vidya Balan and Paresh Rawal to join the sets.
However last week, team NTR faced a jolt, as Teja who had even dropped his aata nade Veta nade with victory Venkatesh and Shriya Saran to direct NTR, had exited NTR movie citing that he can't handle such a huge project. Now it has been said that Balakrishna himself might be directing, or request Raghavendra Rao to Direct, as VV Vinayak and Boyapati are busy. Let's see if Balaiya makes his directorial debut with his NTR.
