Superstar Rajnikanth, who was last seen as Malaysia based Tamil gangster Kabali in 2016 movie Kabali, directed by Pa. Ranjith, is all set to be seen next in Kaala, the movie which will have the superstar play a Mumbai based gangster Karikalan, who fights the corrupt and evil politician played by Nana Patekar.
While the film's teaser was released a month ago, and received a rousing response, as the fans of the actor went berserk, trending it virally, the stills of the movie had increased the anticipation further. Now, the audio of the movie has been announced as a May 9 release, and music director Santhosh Narayanan has revealed an interesting fact.
The music director has said that he has recorded a song for kaala with million voices, which is no mean feat. The first single of Kaala, Sema weightu will be released on May 1, as a Mayday treat for fans. The Pa Ranjith directed Kaala, also starring Huma Qureshi, Samuthirakani, Eswari Rao, will release worldwide on June 7, as announced by producer Dhanush.
