Superstar Mahesh Babu has been having a great phase of his career, thanks to his Srimanthudu maker Koratala Siva giving him another career-defining comeback blockbuster in the form of his April 20 release Bharat Ane Nenu, bankrolled by DVV Danayya.
The political entertainer had Mahesh playing a young chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, Bharat Ram who has to face enemies from within his own side and ultimately make justice prevail. Bharat Ane Nenu went on to gross more than 205 crores worldwide, with the US box office contributing to more than $ 3.5 million.
While Mahesh Babu has always enjoyed a huge fan base in Tamil Nadu even with Bharat Ane Nenu becoming his highest grosser in Chennai, surpassing Baahubali 2's 1.65 crores, the movie is all set to be dubbed and released in both Tamil as Bharat Enum naan and in Malayalam as Bharat Enna Njan on May 25.
