Bubbly beauty Jyothika, known for her impressive performances in movies like Mozhi, Chandramukhi, and Pachaikili Muthucharam, had made a comeback to films post her marriage with actor Suriya, with films like 36 Vayathiniley, Magalir Mattum, and the recent hit cop thriller Naachiyaar.
Now, the actress has signed her next, which is the remake of Hindi hit Tumhari Sulu that starred Vidya Balan and Neha Dhupia, and this movie brings the hit combo of Mozhi, director Radha Mohan and Jyothika together, after 11 years. The movie also has Vidharth and Lakshmi Manchu in pivotal roles.
Titled Kaatrin Mozhi and bankrolled by G Dhananjayan, the movie began rolling recently, with a small pooja, graced by Suriya and her father in law, veteran actor Sivakumar. Kaatrin Mozhi team has planned a non-stop schedule without breaks and aims an October release.
