Lady Superstar Nayanthara had long back got committed to an action thriller, Imaikka Nodigal, directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, who had wowed audience even with his debut flick, the spine-chilling horror flick Demonte colony starring Arulnidhi in the lead role.
The success of his debut flick had helped Ajay pitch his script and rope in big names, other than Nayanthara, as the movie also stars Atharva Murali, Raashi Khanna, and none other than Bollywood classy master filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, playing a terrific psychopath killer named Rudra, in his Tamil debut.
Imaikka Nodigal also has a special cameo by Nayanthara's Naanum Rowdythaan pair Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi who plays her pair in this movie as well, in a 20-minute cameo. Now, the movie which released last week is likely to get an early digital release and as per reports, the movie will be released in the famous video platform sooner with some uncut scenes.
