Naga Chaitanya, who had a release with a full-fledged role last year with his Yuddham Sharanam which became a disastrous outing, was last seen on screen playing his grandfather Akkineni Nageswara Rao in the cult classic Mahanati, the biopic of Savithri.
Though he had been shuttling between his two projects Savyasachi and Sailaja Reddy Alludu with the former being initially scheduled to release months back as a summer release, now, the latter has fixed a release date. Let's see whether Chay can taste success with the flop heroine Anu Emmanuel.
Directed by Maruthi and bankrolled by Sithara Entertainments, Sailaja Reddy Alludu will be releasing worldwide on August 31. The movie costars Ramya Krishnan as Chay's mother in law and Anu Emmanuel as his romantic interest. Watch out this space for more updates.
