The dusky beauty Nivetha Pethuraj, who had made her debut with Oru Naal Koothu in Tamil and mental Madhilo in Telugu, has been devoid of hits in both languages, despite gaining huge popularity with her hot photoshoots and the song Adiye Azhage.
With the sexy babe desperately in need of a hit, it came from the much delayed Tik Tik Tik. The movie featured Jayam Ravi and it was India's first space flick which turned out to be a success commercially, besides Nivetha Pethuraj also grabbing eyeballs thanks to her glam.
Now, Nivetha Pethuraj has been signed to play the female lead opposite Karthi in the next movie of PS Mithran who had recently delivered the cyber thriller Irumbuthirai. This movie is likely to have either Sayyeshaa or Keerthy Suresh as another female lead.
