Former miss world Priyanka Chopra, who had established herself as a successful heroine in Bollywood, with hits like Don., Krrish, Aitraaz, Barfi, and the national award fetching performance in movie Fashion, had of late stopped doing Bollywood movies and was concentrating on international projects, predominantly in Hollywood.
She had starred in the hit series Quantico, and also in movies like Baywatch, and was however committed to making her comeback to Bollywood with Salman Khan starrer Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat, but had recently opted out of it, and it was said that it was due to her marriage plans to Nick Jonas that made her opt out.
However, though she had quit her Bollywood project, Priyanka Chopra has been signed to play the female lead opposite popular hero Chris Pratt in the Hollywood movie Cowboy Ninja Viking, directed by Michael Maclaren who had previously directed episodes in Hit series like of Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad.etc. Priyanka Chopra's attitude of preferring Hollywood over Bollywood has been criticised heavily.
