Ashok Selvan has been one of the upcoming actors of Tamil cinema, who has been trying to carve a niche for himself, with his different attempts, and he was last seen in the Priyadarshan directorial Aids Awareness flick Sila Samayangalil costarring Prakashraj, which was received well on Netflix.
Having played a soft and calm natured hero in movies like Soodhu Kavvum, Thegidi, Pizza 2 The Villa, Kootathila Oruthan etc to name a few, the actor has starred even in the recent NAC jewelers commercial pairing with Samantha, and he has bagged a new flick.
Ashok Selvan will next be seen in Jack, a movie with an unconventional theme. The movie has him playing an army man, and focuses on his relationship with a dog, and is directed by Prasanth who had earlier made Bruce Lee with GV Prakash last year.
