Veteran hero Jagapathi Babu who still has a huge following among female moviegoers had made a transition from hero roles to supporting and Villain roles a few years back and has been one of the most successful villains.
His villainy in movies like Rangasthalam, Naanaku prematho, Jaya Janaki Nayaka, Goodachari, legend, and many other movies have won rave reviews and he had become a most sought after villain in Tollywood. He has hiked his remuneration following which producers are also ok with it as they can cast him instead of non-Telugu villain actors.
