Akkineni hero Naga Chaitanya who was last seen in the dud Shailaja Reddy Alludu and he hoped to bounce back with the action thriller Savysaachi, and the movie failed miserably. The actor later bounced with Majili.
There are voices that Savyasachi is a rip off of the movie Peechankai released last year, and that the movie is based on alien hand syndrome, where the left hand of the protagonist works by self without hero's knowledge. However, Savysaachi has a different theme of Vanishing twin syndrome.
The movie reportedly has protagonist sharing his life and his soul with an unseen brother, and the movie also stars chocolate boy Madhavan as the principal antagonist, and costars Niddhi Agerwal and Bhumika Chawla. The movie bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers is now getting a Tamil dubbed release.
