Megastar Chiranjeevi who had been in active politics had made a spectacular return to films with the last year Sankranthi release Khaidi No 150 directed by VV Vinayak which had become a blockbuster, following which he is now acting in his 151st project Sye Raa.
Directed by Surender Reddy of Race Gurram, Kick fame, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is based on the life and times of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy and Megastar has been preparing himself in all possible ways to look fit for the role. Tamanna is now doing extensive training for combat scenes.
Similarly, After training in horse riding and various combat skills for playing the fierce warrior in the movie, Megastar is now undergoing extensive training in shooting under the Olympic champion shooter Gagan Narang, as the movie has a lot of shooting sequences, requiring Chiru to use different types of rifles. Also starring Nayanthara, Sye Raa is bankrolled by Mega power star Ramcharan.
