Superstar Rajinikanth, last seen in the action-packed massy gangster political drama Kaala directed by Pa Ranjith was starring in his 165th movie, the slick thriller Petta directed by Pizza, Jigarthanda fame Karthik Subbaraj.
The movie had completed shooting last month and is currently in dubbing phase, with Rajini already having finished dubbing and stars like the gorgeously sexy babe Trisha and Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi yet to dub. As it was speculated that Petta might be arriving for Pongal 2019 on January 11, clashing with Thala Ajith starrer Viswasam releasing on January 10.
In this case, Trish who has done the female lead role has hidden in the USA and she never participated in any of the events related to the movie so far. Even during the Audio promos, we could see, Bobby Simha, Sasikumar, Simran, and other casts alone.
