National award winning actor Dhanush was last seen playing a young and aspiring carrom player turned rough and tough gangster in the Vetrimaran directorial raw and rustic entertainer Vada Chennai. The actor is now ready to hit back with 'Maari'.
Now after the critical and commercial acclaim received by Vada Chennai, Dhanush is all set to be seen yet again in a gangster avatar but a contrasting fun-loving gangster in his upcoming flick Maari 2, the sequel to his 2015 hit Maari.
Directed by Balaji Mohan, Maari 2 has now completed censor formalities and has been censored U/A. The movie, also starring Sai Pallavi, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, kreshna, Tovino Thomas is scheduled to release in December. Let's see whether Sai Pallavi can better Kajal.
