Way back in 2017, there was news making rounds that Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi will be joining hands with acclaimed maker Cheran for a light hearted entertainer, and that the movie will commence soon. However, later the star got busy with multiple projects and this movie never took off.
Cheran had been once a popular director of socially relevant movies like Bharathi Kannamma, Porkaalam, Desiya Geetham, Autograph, and Thavamai Thavamirundhu, and had also turned a hero acting in several films, before failing, and had last directed the direct to home film JK Enum Nanbanin Vazhkai.
Now, the latest buzz is that Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi who's on a high with his last few movies becoming blockbusters has given his nod to collaborate with the talented Cheran, who is completing his acting commitment named Rajavuku Check, following which the duo will begin this exciting project. Trisha will be doing female lead in this project.
