Ram Konidela belongs to a huge family of 5 brothers and one of his brothers Prashanth who's an election commissioner against Pandem Parasuram during an election. Now war begins between Ramcharan and Vivek Oberoi and who won the battle is what the movie is all about.
Ramcharan excels in emotions and action, and Kiara is glamorous. Prashanth and Sneha are cast well and Vivek is menacing. Boyapati Srinu has packed a screenplay with cliched scenes and predictable screenplay flow, and with an overdose of action and songs that don't make much impact, Vinaya Vidheya Rama ends as an average outing.
