Director Pa Ranjith, an erstwhile associate of Venkat Prabhu had made entry to films with movies like Attakathi and later succeeded with Madras, and worked with Superstar Mahesh twice in kabali and Kaala.
With a project on Birsa Munda and a web Series on Silk Smita in the pipeline, Ranjith debuted as a producer with the recent critically acclaimed blockbuster movie Pariyerum Perumal starring Kathir and directed by Mari Selvaraj.
Next, the director has today announced his second production venture which will be directed by debutant Athiyan Athirai and this movie titled Irandaam Ulaga porin Kadaisi Gundu will star Attakathi fame, Dinesh Ravi. The director has now chosen a new face as the debut heroine for this venture.
