The young music director Anirudh, who had been launched by Dhanush in 2012 with the musical hit Moonu, had since then been growing leaps and bounds, as he kept scoring hit numbers, and working with top heroes of the industry delivering back to back rocking songs, and became one of the most wanted music composer.
Having worked with Thala Ajith, Suriya, Siva Karthikeyan, Dhanush, Vijay Sethupathi, etc, the young sensation made waves as he was signed for Superstar Rajnikanth's 165th movie Petta, and the songs released recently have become chartbusters as well, and he is on a high.
With the buzz that he will be scoring music for Superstar's 166th movie which will be directed by AR Murugadoss, now Anirudh himself has confirmed in a recent media interview that he will be scoring music for Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan starrer magnum opus Indian 2 directed by Shankar. Kajal Aggarwal is doing the female lead role and recently there has been a buzz that Anirudh has composed a special song for Kajal's character.
