Thala Ajith, who was last seen in the blockbuster stylish spy action thriller Vivegam directed by Siva which was released last August, returned back strongly with a blockbuster movie, Viswasam directed by Siva again, for Sathyajyoti films banner.
With Viswasam being a rural entertainer on the lines of Veeram, costarring Nayanthara, Yogi Babu, Robo Shankar, Thambi Ramaiah, Vivek, and a star cast, the movie got released on January 10, and Thala had begun his next last week itself,
This untitled remake of Pink directed by H Vinoth of Sathuranga Vettai and Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru fame, will be releasing worldwide on May 1 on eve of Ajith's birthday, and it will have Thanthi TV fame Rangaraj Pandey in a special role, besides it is speculated that mallu babe Nazriya Nazim might reprise Tapsee's role. But now it has been confirmed that Shraddha Srinath herself will be doing the lead role.
