Tamil girl Sai Pallavi, who had made uncredited appearances in movies like Dhaam Dhoom and Kasthurimaan, had made her debut as a lead actress in the Malayalam blockbuster movie Premam directed by Alphonse Putharen way back in 2015, and the movie costarring Nivin Pauly made her a star.
She then starred in another Malayalam movie Kali costarring Dulquer Salmaan, following which she had ventured into Tollywood with Fidaa, which was a blockbuster solely riding on her shoulders, and followed it up with MCA Middle Class Abbayi with Nani, again a super hit.
With her next two releases in Telugu and Tamil, Padi Padi Leche Manasu and Maari 2 were disasters, Sai Pallavi has signed her next Malayalam film after a break, and this time around she will be paired with national award-winning hero Fahadh Faasil in a romantic movie by Vivek.
