Controversial hero Simbu aka STR was last seen on screen making a comeback post his Disastrous Anbanavan Asarathavan Adangathavan with the Maniratnam directorial mega Multi-starrer Chekka Chivantha Vaanam.
As the movie became a blockbuster he's starring In a number of interesting projects like Maanaadu with Venkat Prabhu, an untitled movie directed by Sundar C and Pagalavan with Seeman. The actor has now signed another interesting project just because of the female lead.
The buzz is that the hero has been roped in to play Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan's follower in the upcoming vigilantIndiank indian 2 directed by Shankar and costarring Kajal Aggarwal and bankrolled by lyca productions the movie will begin shooting in central station in Chennai from March 18. Kajal will team up with STR as his pair in this venture. The movie will have a lip-lock sequence as per a Bollywood portal.
