Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi had acted in the critically acclaimed movie Purampokku Engira Pothuvudamai directed by acclaimed maker SP Jananathan of movies like E, Peranmai, Iyarkai fame, and he played a death sentence executioner in prison named Yamalingam.
Now after 4 years he is all set to reunite with the director for an action-packed thriller, and this movie will be bankrolled by director and producer Arumuga Kumar in his 7C entertainment which had produced his directorial with Vijay Sethupathi Oru Nalla Naal Paarthu Solren earlier.
This movie tentatively titled as Laabam will have the curvaceous buxom beauty Shruti Haasan paired with Makkal Selvan for the first time, and will have popular Tollywood actor Jagapathi babu who was last seen in blockbuster VIswasam as the villain.
