Director Mohan Raja made his start of his career with remake movies like Jayam, Unakum Enakum, Thillalangadi, Santhosh Subramaniam, and then scored success in his career with original movies as well lie Thani Oruvan and Velaikkaran.
After these two movies, he will be directing Thani Oruvan 2, the sequel to the 2015 movie, and it was said that this movie might have a top actor like Mammootty as the villain just like Arvind Swamy did in the first part. But reports say it is going to be Vijay Deverakonda. Kajal is already fixed to do the female lead.
However, now the director made a tweet that he has made a screenplay out of Vijay Deverakonda's recent tweet on his status rising in the last 4 years, and said Vijay Deverakonda must not ask copyrights for which Deverakonda said he must play the hero and not the villain.
