Director Sagar Chandra showed promise with his debut release Appatlo Okkadundevadu starring Sree Vishnu, Nara Rohit, and Tanya Hope and the movie though wasn't a commercial success is celebrated by the audience.
Next, the director was supposed to direct a movie with mega prince Varun Tej and now it has been revealed that the movie with Varun Tej had been dropped as the budget was too high as opposed to the market Varun Tej has.
Now, Sagar Chandra is all set to start his next movie with energetic hero Ram Pothineni and this movie will be a different script and not the one narrated to Varun Tej. Rakul Preet will be doing the female lead role. The movie will be bankrolled by Ram's family banner Sravanthi movies.
