Music director turned hero Vijay Antony was last seen playing a cop in Thimiru Pudichavan directed by Ganesha and costarring Nivetha Pethuraj and after the disastrous result of the movie, he has begun his next movie.
Vijay Antony will be seen playing a police officer yet again in Thamizharasan, directed by Babu Yogeswaran who had directed Daas more than a decade back with Jayam Ravi and Renuka Menon, and this movie will not have music by Vijay Antony.
Thamizharasan will have mallu babe Remya Nambeesan as Vijay Antony's pair and Tollywood top villain Sonu Sood will play the antagonist in the movie, which will have maestro Ilayaraja scoring music for the first time for Vijay Antony.
