Superstar Rajinikanth was seen last year in the SciFi blockbuster 2.0 directed by magnum opus maker Shankar and the movie was a massive success movie earning more than 800 crores Worldwide. The movie starred superstar Rajinikanth as robot Chitti and scientist Vaseegaran and also as numerous 3.0 microbots besides Amy Jackson as a robot and Akshay Kumar as an ornithologist turned villain Pakshirajan.
Now the movie is all set to release in more than 10000 theatres in China. The movie has reportedly been named Robot 2 The Resurgence and this version is expected to collect more than 200 crores there and it will release in May.
But now as Amy Jackson got pregnant and as she is unable to promote the movie the makers have delayed the release. It is a known fact that Rajini can't travel all the way to China to promote it. So, the makers are just waiting for Amy's delivery date and then fix the release date.
