Handsome hero Arya was last seen on screen in the romantic comedy entertainer Ghajinikanth directed by Santosh Jayakumar and this movie was the remake of Tollywood superhit Bhale Bhale Magadivoy. Currently, he acts along with Suriya for 'Kaapaan'.
However, the Tamil version costarring Sayyeshaa was a disastrous outing and next, he's starring in Suriya starrer Kaappaan directed by KV Anand and he's also signing more projects in other languages. He recently worked in a Malayalam movie too.
Now he's been signed to play the lead role in Teddy directed by Shakti Soundararajan who had previously directed Tik Tik Tik, Naaigal Jaakirathai, Miruthan and Nanayam and, this movie is bankrolled by studio green. This will be an official remake of Hollywood movie 'Ted'.
