Superstar mahesh babu's Landmark 25th film, maharshi has seen the light today across the globe and has opened to disappointing talk and reviews. The movie has collected $511K for its USA Premiere which is disappointing for sure. mahesh babu's Aagadu which released some five years ago has managed $524K while his disaster film, Brahmotsavam got $560K.
Considering it as a landmark film, this is shocking for sure. Hollywood Biggie, Avengers: End Game denied Prime Shows in main centers and that has dented the movie openings. Also, the Promotional content of maharshi is also not that effective. With the reviews being largely disappointing, it has to be seen how the film fares over the weekend.
As much as 100 Crore is riding on the film's theatrical run, it has to be seen how the movie performs at the Box Office. The makers will be pinning all their hopes on the fact that No other big films are coming this Summer and the holidays' advantage will also help the movie.
