Versatile hero Suriya was last seen as a conman in Thaanaa Serndha Koottam directed by Vignesh Shivn and is next gearing up for his next release NGK directed by Selvaraghavan releasing on May 31. The official word is also out.
Now it has been revealed that his next movie after NGK which is the KV Anand directorial Kaappaan and bankrolled by lyca productions might be released 20 days after Thala Ajith starrer ner Konda Paarvai on August 30.
Kaappaan stars Sayyeshaa as the female lead and also has Malayalam legend mohanlal, arya as the villain, Samuthirakani, boman irani and is having music by harris jayaraj and is expected to be a patriotic entertainer. As the movie is delayed, the director has decided to rope in Kajal for a special song. However, we need to wait and see if she says 'Yes'.
