National Award winning actor dhanush was last seen in two movies in contrasting characters in the raw and rustic gangster drama Vada Chennai by vetrimaran and the mass don flick Maari 2. However, both the movies ended as average products at the Box-Office.
Now he's all set to star in a movie named Asuran which will have him joining hands with critically acclaimed maker vetrimaran and the movie is bankrolled by Kalaipuli S Thaanu in his V creations.
For this movie dhanush will be seen playing dual roles as father and son and father character will be that of a 45 year old and this is first time he's playing an aged character in his career and the movie will release in 2019 end.
