rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi's Virataparvam had its launch this morning at Ramanaidu Studios. Victory venkatesh attended the event as the Chief Guest and sounded the clapboard for the Muhurtham Shot. suresh Babu switched on the camera. Both the hero and heroines skipped the event.

In fact, Sai Pallavi came to the event just before the Muhurtham but did not stay till the time of the event due to her prior appointments. The movie's regular shooting will begin very soon. 
The makers are going to spend a whopping 40 Crore for the film. Sources say that the movie is set in the rural Telangana of the 90s.

rana will be speaking Telangana Accent for the first time in this film. venu Udugula who made his debut recently with Needi Naadi Oke Katha is wielding the megaphone for this Period Drama. tabu and priyamani may be seen in crucial roles in the film, according to the grapevine.  It will be bilingual in Telugu and Tamil.
