madhavan is at the moment looking forward to his next project, the most expected biopic of former ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan who was falsely accused of espionage, Rocketry The Nambi Effect, which was supposed to be directed by Ananth mahadevan and co-directed by madhavan.
However, now it has been revealed that Ananth has quit the project due to unavoidable reasons and now madhavan will make his debut as a director solely with Rocketry which will release in Tamil, Hindi, and English and might have Simran playing madhavan's wife. During an interview, one of the team members revealed that they approached both Kajal and shruti to do the female lead and as both rejected, they have opted for Simran.
