Srihari known for his powerful performances on Tollywood silver screen is no more. He passed away at Mumbai's Leelavathi Hospital. Srihari was suffering from liver problem for quite some time. Srihari was popular as Tollywood's real star and he with is dialogue delivery, different variations and modulations, death defying stunts spellbound all.
Born on 15 Aug, 1964, Srihari started his career as stunt master before undergoing transformation as villain, character artist and hero. Some of his popular films include Nuvvosthanante Nenoddantana’, ‘Brindavanam’, ‘Magadheera’, ‘Dhee’, ‘King’ etc. He also appeared as a hero in films like ‘Police’, ‘Ayodhya Ramayya’, ‘Balaram’ etc.
Srihari married actress Disco Shanti and he has two sons and a daughter. He started Akshara Foundation, in remembrance of his daughter who died at the age of just four months. Srihari's last film was Police Game. He won Nandi award for his performance in Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana.
