Director, Actor and Bigg Boss contestant cheran returned to direction post the disastrous 2015 C2H movie JK Enum Nanbanin Vaazhkai with the family Movie Thirumanam starring the director himself and Suganya, Umapathi Ramaiah, Kavya suresh, MS Baskar and Thambi Ramaiah.
The movie was a big disastrous outing at the box office and now the director is occupied with script works of his next movie, while at the other side his next acting attempt Rajavukku Check is getting ready for a release.
