Ram Gopal Varma is following the footsteps of our Telugu director Gunasekhar, who is popular in creating high budget sets for his film. Gunasekhar’s charminar set in ‘okkadu’ and Madhura Meenakshi Temple Set in ‘Arjun’ are well noted works of his. RGV is filming a movie based on 26/11 Mumbai attacks which happened in 2008.
RGV has spent a whopping amount of 2.5 crore to recreate Taj Hotel of Mumbai for his 26/11 film. The entire set has been created by art director Uday Singh. A completely new cast is taken in and this film is made at a budget of around 40 crore. RGV has declared earlier that this is an ambitious film to him and it is shot in four different languages simultaneously.
