Actor dhanush had his last release in the form of Balaji Mohan directorial Maari 2, teaming with Sai Pallavi and varalaxmi sarathkumar and is now a part of the vetrimaran directorial Asuran and the untitled movie by his Kodi maker Durai Senthilkumar.
Asuran, which is an adaptation of Poomani's award-winning novel Vekkai which happens to be the fourth collaboration of dhanush a vetrimaran after Pollathavan, Aadukalam and Vada Chennai will be releasing first and co-stars Manju Warrier, pasupathi and Balaji Sakthivel.
Bankrolled by Kalaipuli S Thaanu, Asuran's will end shooting this month post which dhanush will proceed to work in Durai Senthil Kumar and the latest buzz is that team Asuran is planning to release the movie on October 2 coinciding with dussehra festival. In this case, dhanush has opted for his next and the team has opted Kajal as the female lead. But, the actress is yet to give her nod. watch out this space for more updates in this regard.
