Actor madhavan was last seen in the crime thriller multistarrer vikram Vedha besides the cameo in Aanand L Rai directorial, shahrukh khan's Zero and is now all set to arrive as a director as well with his maiden directorial venture Rocketry the Nambi Effect. madhavan has started his career as a chocolate boy and currently his performance in Irudhi Sutru has made the entire industry magnets and personalities got astonished by his acting. madhavan hasn’t recently acted in Tamil cinema and through this film he has made a re-entry into Kollywood industry.
Rocketry is about the life and times of former ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan who was framed in an espionage case, and actress Simran will be seen as madhavan's wife. madhavan will sport unique, different looks in the movie releasing in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
madhavan took it to the press people to announced the wrap of Rocketry and he announced, "It's a film wrap for Rocketry... Thank you to the most outstanding crew ever for the most awesome shoot ever in my life. So many emotions and mixed feelings. I hope to make you proud". The movie is now progressing fast and is in the post-production phase.
