Director Lingusamy had been one of the most successful directors in Tamil as he had scored hits like Anandam, Run, Sandakozhi, Paiya etc and had been in peak form until he faced a huge disaster in the form of the Suriya starrer Anjaan which became a massive disaster.
His production ventures like Uthama Villain too failed him and he made a long gap to return to direction last year with Sandakozhi 2 which was also a commercial disaster and once a maker who wanted to direct Superstar Rajnikanth, he is now finding it tough to get heroes for his next.
The latest buzz is that Lingusamy has narrated a story to dance choreographer turned hero turned director raghava lawrence who is fresh from the success of his horror-comedy blockbuster Kanchana 3 aka Muni 4 and reportedly has given his nod for this action script. kajal aggarwal has been approached for the female lead role. This is the first time Kajal will be pairing with Raghava Lawrence. An official confirmation is awaited in this regard.
