AR murugadoss is currently working on the 167th movie is superstar rajinikanth, Darbar which is being shot in mumbai, and will have rajinikanth as an encounter cop, paired with lady superstar Nayanthara. Darbar started shooting in April second week and wrapped the first schedule on May 15 in mumbai and next schedule starts sooner. Darbar also stars Nayanthara, Nivetha Thomas, yogi Babu, and many others. Recently, AR murugadoss released some official stills and they went viral.
It has been revealed that transgender artist Jeeva, who was a part of Makkal Selvan vijay Sethupathi starrer blockbuster Dharmadurai has been roped in to play a key role in Darbar starring alongside rajinikanth. Superstar Rajnikanth scored a hit with karthik Subbaraj directorial Petta, and next, the actor is working on the AR murugadoss directorial action movie Darbar, his 167th movie bankrolled by Lyca Productions. The shooting is progressing at a brisk pace.
AR murugadoss has been receiving good response in social media for casting Jeeva. Darbar also stars Nivetha Thomas, yogi Babu, sunil Shetty and prateik babbar and has anirudh Ravichander scoring music and Santosh Sivan as the cinematographer.
