A day after prominent Kollywood producer Gnanavel raja said in a complaint that Kamal Haasan owes him Rs 10 Cr, the latter's production house has responded strongly.  As per Kamal's home banner, Raaj Kamal Films, Gnanavel raja never gave Rs 10 Cr to the actor at the time of the release of 'Uttama Villain'. "Nothing can be farther from the facts and truth.  All kind such allegations are made by people with certain vested interests," Kamal's production house today said.

As per the house, Kamal is not obliged to do a film with Gnanavel raja in place of the due amount, which he never took.  Any dealings that Kamal had during the release of 'Uttama Villain' in 2015 pertained to some other production house but not Raja's.

Raaj Kamal Films is evaluating legal options to proceed against those who are deliberately and mischievously planning to defame Kamal Haasan's reputation, the

statement further says.

At the same time, Kamal Haasan is presently shooting for director Shankar's big-budget flick Indian 2. He is also think about closely on the pre-production of his ambitious and desiring film Thalaivan Irukkiran, which has music by composer AR Rahman.
