Megastar Chiranjeevi's Magnum Opus film, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy opened to a sensational start on its release date. The Six shows per day Permission in Andhra Pradesh and Five shows in Telangana came handy to register big numbers. It is interesting to note that the Permissions came in the last minute, almost hours before the movie release.
Sources say that the jagan Government in Andhra Pradesh did not want to give Permission due to differences with pawan Kalyan's Janasena. But then, on the request of Chiranjeevi, Minister Kurasala Kannababu convinced jagan to accord the Permission. Kannababu reportedly told jagan that refusing permission for the movie will send wrong signals to the Kapu Community and they will lose the support of the Youth in the community. jagan finally relented.
It is known that Kannababu was formerly in Chiranjeevi's Praja Rajyam Party and later went to Congress Party along with him. He joined jagan Mohan Reddy's YSR Congress after 2014 elections but calls himself a fan for life to the Megastar. And that connection came handy for Chiranjeevi's Dream Project.
