This is the release day paper ad of ANR's Dasara Bullodu released 43 years ago. It was declared as a mega hit. This movie is the first industry hit among all Eastman color films. On the 16th day of the movie release, ANR commented in a Newspaper interview that the film will run for an year and it happened too. It was also the first Telugu movie to collect 10 Lakh Rupees in the first week of its release.
Vani Sri paired up with ANR in this film. Veteran VB Rajendra Prasad penned the story and helmed the direction department. He is also the producer of the movie. KV Mahadevan scored the music while Atreya penned the dialogues and lyrics.
